Why Some Sessions Feel Off (And What I’ve Learned to Do About It)
I used to blame bad chemistry for awkward appointments. Turns out the pattern had less to do with clients and more to do with me.
Bad chemistry isn’t random, it’s a mirror. I spent weeks digging into why some sessions feel forced and others don’t, and the answer wasn’t the client. It was me. I’m naturally reciprocal: I absorb whatever energy is in the room, anxious or easy, and it shows. I also hate being the one analyzed. Once I saw both patterns clearly, I could finally do something about them instead of just chalking it up to luck. Here’s what changed.
