Payment Policy: Full payment must be received and verified before any session begins. If full payment cannot be completed through one method, multiple payments or an alternate method must be used before the session begins. If payment does not appear in my account, the session cannot proceed.
Respect & Right to Decline
Oksana reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Sessions may be ended at her discretion.
If a session is terminated due to disrespect, aggression, boundary violations, or safety concerns, the full session rate remains due and refunds are not guaranteed.
Rates, Discounts & Accuracy
Rates and promotions may change without notice. Discounts cannot be combined. Percentage-based discounts apply only to the first 90 minutes.
If pricing differs on other platforms, this website is the accurate and final source.
Payment Requirements
Deposits: If Oksana cancels, your deposit is refunded in full.
If a client causes the session to end early due to disrespect, aggression, boundary violations, or safety concerns, no refund will be issued.
Electronic Payments: Electronic payments are typically instant. If payment does not appear within a few minutes, it will be assumed the payment did not go through. An alternate method will be required before the session can proceed.
Payment Verification & Completion
Full payment of the agreed rate must be received and verified before any session begins.
Electronic payments must appear in the recipient account before services commence. Statements that payment was sent, pending, processing, limited, or delayed do not constitute payment.
If full payment cannot be completed through one method, multiple payments or an alternate method must be used before the session begins.
Sending a partial payment does not satisfy the agreed rate. Any remaining balance remains due.
Hygiene & Comfort
Cleanliness is essential. If additional hygiene is needed upon arrival, certain services may be delayed until after a shower.
No refund will be provided due to hygiene-related limitations.
Fraud & Security
Oksana Consulting LLC may take legal action in cases of fraud, including counterfeit payments, chargebacks, payment reversals, or attempts to misrepresent payment status.
Examples include claiming a payment was sent when it was not, intentionally sending less than the agreed amount, or disputing payments after services begin.
When appropriate, incidents may be reported to financial institutions or credit bureaus.
Communication
You may communicate with Oksana or her booking assistant. All sessions are always with Oksana herself.
Safety & Support
Discreet security or a trusted assistant may be present for mutual safety. You will not interact with them unless necessary.
Oksana reserves the right to request assistance if she needs help exiting a location safely.
Payment Disputes
By booking a session, the client acknowledges the agreed rate for time and companionship.
Failure to provide the agreed payment does not invalidate the booking agreement. Any unpaid balance may be pursued through appropriate recovery or legal channels.
